Pakistani top order always has weakness against left arm seam bowlers... Even tundlers like Irfan Pathan, Nehra, and RP Singh have troubled Pakistani top order before...

And Jarvis is the type of bowler Pakistani batsmen hate... He is in a line-length bowler in the mold of Mcgrath, Pollock, Ambrose, Asif etc... Check out the stats of any of these bowlers (barring Asif ofcourse) against Pakistani batsmen and you'd know that why Jarvis could be handful against Pakistani top order....
