I agree with this .....

If India intends to be taken seriously as a regional power, a status it often seeks, it also needs to be a provider of collective security.

If invited, India must send troops to Kabul

India’s national interest lies in formulating a strategy jointly with the Afghan government to ensure that a Taliban takeover can be prevented. If invited, India must put boots on the ground. A brigade group can be logistically sustained and would make a good contribution to peace and stability.

Don't worry India will take steps that will suit it's self-interest. We have never been mercenaries nor we have delusions of a global caliphate. So if India see's benefit in sending troops it will, if it sees it as a pointless exercise that puts lives of it's own folk, it won't. So not sure what you are expecting?

dont underestimate your enemy .... thre one soldier is capable to handle the whole tribes of war lords plus, can able to do what US+NATO couldn't do it ..... for example .
