Exactly Chelsea went 50 years before they won their second league title.

Despite Chelsea's dominance during the Abrahmovich era and Arsenal's PL trophy dought over the last 20 or so years, Arsenal's league trophy count is still more than double (Arsenal - 13 and Chelsea - 6).

Come end of the season a lot of Arsenal players need to be moved on

White, Norgaard, odegaard, havertz, merino, madueke, Jesus, Martinelli, trossard. That means an entire revamp of midfield and attack.

That will also a require a new manager to get the best out of attackers and midfielders.

Not going into Arteta vs Team debate at this time. In this moment everyone needs to back the collective team. A premier league title is not easy to attain and Arsenal literally had one hand on cup till yesterday.

As far as yesterday's game go, Arsenal had a better game but City were clinical in finishing (that's the difference). With City they always convert whenever there is even a 75% chance and Arsenal easily miss even a 90% chance. Although Arsenal were better on the ball City were really better in finishing and were even better at time delays and keeping ball making Arsenal frustrate.

The problem for Arsenal recently has been missing out on their 2 fullbacks (Timber and Calafiori). Both of them I believe had a very good season (especially Timber who fit with Gabriel and Saliba well). Losing them both out exposes Arsenal on flanks which has been frustrating.

Madueke is really bad and literally gives ball away far too easily on silly dribbles. Much better start with Dowman if you don't want Martinelli starting at right. This raises a good question as to why was Nwaneri loaned off this season?

In the remaining fixtures Arsenal have better fixtures lined up than City. Arsenal are still on level in terms of points. Arsenal needs more attacking football in the next games to increase in the difference regardless of how City games finish.

I really hope Arsenal does not bottle this one.

I have repeatedly maintained that Arsenal has the worst fan base in the world. The level of toxicity is absurd.

Arsenal is top of the PL and in the SF of the UCL and they are acting as if the club is in crisis. These helmets are not fans. They just want their agendas to be satisfied so that they can troll online.

If Arsenal win the PL or the UCL, they will hide in their basements and wipe their tears of because they don’t deserve to celebrate alongside the proper fans who believe in the team and will keep believing until the very end.

Arsenal fans are absolute cowards. They have less bottle than the players because they start wetting their undies at the first sign of adversity. This toxic negative energy rubs onto the players as well.

Arsenal will find it difficult to win things until the fans learn to be proper fans and develop the courage to support the team in tough times. Fans create the environment. They create energy in the stadium.

The way Liverpool fans stood by the team at Anfield vs PSG is what being a support is all about. Good and bad times come and go but the support never dies and you fight on.

The body language after the loss yesterday was embarrassing. What message does it send to the players?

KKWC and I disagree on many things and we will do it in the future as well. However, that doesn’t mean we can’t agree on a few things.

He is right in pointing out that Arsenal fans are circus clowns and don’t support the club the way they should.

However, 10 year old kids will not get this because they view things in black and white and have a binary outlook on life.

Adults have the capacity to both agree and disagree with each other on different topics.

Wenger left Arsenal in a terrible state. His last few years were embarrassing because he had lost the capacity to compete for the league and the UCL.

Between 2013-2018, Arsenal had the money to compete but they couldn’t because Wenger had lost the plot.

Arteta has done what Wenger could not do in his last 10 years as Arsenal manager. Current version of Arteta is clearly a better manager than post 2008 Wenger.

However, Wenger led a golden period for Arsenal from 1997 to 2005 and Arteta has not reached those heights, but I am confident that he will have a similar legacy and maybe better (if he wins a UCL) by the time he is finished at Arsenal.

The Arteta story is still being written. People have been predicting his sacking since 2020 but it has not happened and it will not happen because the owners are smart and they know that success and failure in football are not binary. Not winning the league is not failure.

The last 4 seasons for Arsenal have been the best period for the club in two decades even if it hasn’t yielded a trophy. Why? Simply because of what they are playing for and what the trajectory has been.

He couldn’t keep it together and continued to troll for another a few days. At that point it became blindingly obvious that his sole purpose here is to aggravate Arsenal fans.

No wonder there are at least 3 Arsenal fans here, who have put him on the ignore list.

Sad result, it was a pretty close well fought game. Arsenal have been dominating the league for so long, these losses at the end of the season are heartbreaking a lot of it is to do with sudden change in quality of defense. Still can win this league on goal difference or if Man City drop points so it’s not over. And still in champions league. Man City still have the harder run in games in premier league I’d say,
