(On a more positive note Mushy takes 6 wickets in the 2nd inns against Middx as Mushy and Rana Bradman almost singlehandedly thrash Middx by an inns and 232 runs. Rana carries on like this, and they will rename Sussex Sheikhupura CCC at this rate. )

aisay on a serious note Asia 11 had a weak batting line up. Sehwag is out of form though he still made some runs. . only Inzi Yo Yo and Sangakara were reliable batsman and then Ashraful , Afridi and Razzaq (though he played superbly). Asia 11 are defo one batsman shot. Dravid / Jayasuria or even Jayawardena or Attapattu or Shoaib Malik wud have been ideal. they shd open with Afridi in the next game and play Sangga at 3 with Inzi and Yo Yo to follow

I would agree with elango it was a team game, if you want to blame one person in the end it has to be Shoaib damn he just hit six first ball what was the need to slice the ball you could have punched it down the ground for a single but hot headed as he has been he decided to have a go again. I would not blame the Indians here because in all honesty they played better then the Pakistanis in the game, wether you accept the sour pill like a man and drink it is entirely up to you.

You are going to blame shoaib over the performance of Inzi, YoYo, Afridi. Shoaib's Job is bowling it was a great effort by him with the bat and you could see he wanted to win but you can't expect him to do take the team thrugh as a batsman Razzaq(it was a good effor by him also) had to stay if Asia were to win.

Asia would have played Afridi along with Sehwag as opner then there might have be some diffrent story.

1. Plus point for Indians is Zaheer took more wickets then Akhtar.
2. Zaheer and Kumble being bollers can bat and make more runs than Inzi and Yohana
3. Nehra spell was great
4. Again Afridi failed at downorder playing ball away from body usually he dose so.
5. Sehwag got good the connections and fired 5 boundries.

I dont know how selectors have selected this team. If i would have selector then I would have selected this team.

I am NOT replacing Akhtar by Irfan. I guess only RHF boller can replace him and from Rana, Balaji, Maharuf, only Rana fits. And insted of Zaheer, Nehra we have better option of Vaas and Irfan. But Asim says no one is available.

But yesterday there was not much problem from bolling side. We need player like Rahul to replace Yohana may be Attapatu or Younis Khan if Rahul is not available.
