Jaddu Ashwin together would be even more deadly. So many combos available if everyone is able to get picked.
 
This would have been 79/6 with the best young batsman Labu back in the hit if we could cling on to our clucking chances. Worst catching in top 6. Pathetic!
 
I've said this and il say it again, shami is the best fast bowler I've seen from India, when he toured England last even then he was a gun, has a amazing skill set
 
But what a jaffa from Shami! Labu as ever was clueless.

We are missing Ishant and Pant big time. Bhuvi I am not sure how effective he would be in these pitches. I don't support the idea of playing two spinners in Aus of all places, it can backfire and backfire big time. Also Gill hasn't done much to be considered a miss.

U and new zeleand haven't faced India's full strength team and neither have the Aussies.
 
Labu played almost hundred balls and still clueless, speaks volume of our bowling quality.

You dont get it. Think about it. Bhuvi at 8 is huge. Bhuvi can bat and add support in bowling with the new ball.

Bhuvi Ishant bumrah Shami is an incredible Quatro attack. Australia are lucky.

Plus no pant and Gill and Ishant.

No one doubting Indian attack it's quality, but it's a ageing attack, also this Indian batting line up is not strong at all, I guess it will be proven when no kohli after this test

Pant kept brilliantly last tour and is a very very good keeper in SENA. His test keeping and domestic keeping is spotless. the only person who is not using his bheja is the one who hates a young, talented player

That horrible drop by Shaw can hurt us in this game. Labuschagne is set for a big knock now. Our two pacers are a bit tired and new ball also due after 30 overs. :inti
 
I hope Kohli won't do with Bumrah like Root did that to Archer that is overbowling.

Mr Hypocrite, why didn't you give this lecture to those fans who were bashing Shaw yesterday? He is younger than Pant and has just played 4 tests before this test. I am sure team management knows how good a wicketkeeper Pant is that is why they picked Saha. I know you are a Pant f@nboy but have some patience his time will come. He is not above criticism so please calm down and relax. Your posts are pretty stupid though. :inti

He's pretty underrated. Don't know why he had to sit out for majority of 2017 out for Umesh/Bhuvneshwar
 
Cant believe after dropping Labuchange a gazzilion times he couldnt make it could and get a 100.
 
Oh this is not the best news for Indians, if they have to face the Aussie batting at night.
 
What a performance now by the Indians. Got to hand it to them, the way they have played this test so far.
 
I expect we'll lead by around 50 going into the 2nd innings.

"I am no pant fan but he is head and shoulders above Saha as far as batting is concerned. "

You should look for your Bheja now, you clearly lost it somewhere, good luck!!
 
India have pulled up a performance to shatter Australia confidence, and that's not an easy thing to do. They did it on the previous tour as well.

Full marks on the thinking, strategy, game plan.

India really on top here. If they are able to cash in, going 0-1 up in the series will give them a lot of confidence for the rest of the series.
