Brilliant bowling by Ashwin.

He is making the batsmen come forward which he didn't use to do in the past.

Got a wicket too.

Same old story, we never change! Sad batting by lower middle order and toothless bowling

Even though a wicket has fell, Aussies can easily rack up 500.

Things look easy for them.

We must sustain pressure.

However, Indian bowlers should be happy that no matter how badly they bowl none of them will be worst bowler in the match.

Mitch Marsh should feel quite comfortable.

He's used to coming in at 4 for bugger all and with hamstring problems.

Umesh is a wicket taker, not sure why wasn't he even in squad in England.

Shaun Marsh is their Rohit Sharma.

He was the only bat who somehow managed to perform worse than our team during the last tour. If we gift him even a 50 here it's criminal, though he did help Vijay climb from 30 to 103 to 144 thanks to two dropped catches.

Shaun Marsh is really odd.

He'll fail in the easiest of conditions and fluke a century in incredibly difficult conditions (on a Sri Lankan turner and in Centurion).

He'll either get out for nothing or score a century

Feel let down by Ishant this session. He was the worst on a wicket that suits him.

Shouldn't let them get away now. Smith is especially crucial.

For the experience they have at test and first class level watto and rogers routinely get out to some ordinary shots at awful times.

Why is George Bailey omitted and Marsh picked again and again from a neutral perspective Bailey will score the same as Marsh or Rogers or Watto and might be better.

With Aaron and Umesh bowling, Aussie tail won't wag long. Two more wickets, and match is ours.

after 3 wickets is the problem for India we struggle after this point...I remember Umesh doing well last time too thank god they don't have Clarke Hussey and Ricky..

Because Bailey is worse than both Rogers or Watto

Bailey is awful at this level, can't seem to score a run in tests without hitting the ball in the air.

But we didn't get these 3 wickets with new ball.

Plus no Hussey, Clarke and Ponting to torture us.

There is SOME hope.

Let's see.

Marsh actually has some shield form leading into this.

I think Burns should get a run in the team though. Not as an opener but it's time. I'm not fully convinced but he deserves a run.

Rogers to stay as an opener.

This is Rogers highest score here i guess so we can cut him lil slack ,but yeah Watto is really weird.

I wonder if Aus might be taking Indian bowling too lightly and approaching the game aggressively.

So frustrating with watto and rogers that they would have seen the radar and known a decent sized storm is coming after tea, we couldn't win the game today with the time they will get in but we sure could lose it today.

Yadav seems to be settling into a nice, effortless rhythm.

If Bailey is worse than Rogers and Watto that is some batting situation for Aus considering Clarke is not going to be fit.Its not like Warner or Smith are always going to perform.Saying that Indian team right now have only Vijay and Kohli :P

Bailey is not technically good enough for Test cricket. Don't let one day form blind you.

There are more options than just Bailey.

I don't let Maxwell's LOI stuff fool me but may be i guess i see Bailey playing so slow wondering if he is better than Rogers apparently not is the mood.
