Before Afridi even came to the crease I expected him to hit one or two his shots and and then get out to his customary style. Boom.

He may be the striker/strike rotator but its really the temperament Afridi lacks. Afridi lacks brain cells for sustained attention. What we expect Afridi to do is only going to be a rare occurrence. You think Afridi can play a sensible innings? He can. But you won't see that kind of inning every day. 1 in 10 innings is a good estimate for Afridi to play a good sensible knock.
