im afraid he was only gone for 1 test match, and before that in NZ he still sucked.. no chance of him going from that to lahore 05 in a few weeks

Yousuf looks so unprofessional. Hands on hip, blazer raised up to his chest.
 
Dont get too excited by the green tinge, it all depends how much moisture there is underneath the grass to see if the red cherry jags around
 
Its up to our bowlers to set up the match again. Let's see what happens here. We should have batted first though. Positive decision by ponting, shows how much confidence he has
 
The bowling line up looks kinda like the line up from the days of Inzi & Woolmer

When Ricky POnting stands in the middle for the toss - with his baggy green & blazer, I could almost start supporting Australa - esp when you see our jokers (be it Moyo, Inzi etc) who turn up in their dhoti & benayan!
 
The pitch looks white as a Sharjah pitch! Doesn't look so green to me on my laptop! I think the Aussies will have a field day today!

That's secondary, he needs to work on captaincy and getting the right guys playing in 11 on field. Then work to maintain his batting and improve fielding. Every thing else is extra

Asif is the only bowler who hits the seam regularly, he will have to take 4 or 5

She passed away from breast cancer. The pink caps and other equipment will be signed by the players and donated to the McGrath Foundation.

The only guy in our team who has some command over the English language is Butt and thus wouldnt embarrass these guys as much ;-).
 
Pakistan should be happy they are bowling.

Green Sherwani and White Pagri will be a nice touch. A Golden Khussa will make the outfit complete.
 
im still baffled as to how sami has made it in the team he better do something today

You couldn't fault younis on that front. He was a excellent face to present as an ambassador.

I think we can rely on the bowlers. Asif and Gul. Don't know about Sami. Hope he does well now that he is playing.

The question is can we rely on fielders to back the bowlers.

T20 used him well - as he stood on the boundary for 12th man duties

I hope Sami proves all his critics wrong. MANY of them on pakpassion.
I made a support thread about him and barely anyone agreed!

lads got to admit about how good is ricky ponting, we over here are happy because how the pitch is and early blows it can give to batting team, but thats us where ricky is thinking abou what will happen on later on in the match. just like 1st test, declaring twice and winning is a brave call just like this, i wish we had a captain like him :afridi
 
I love that these guys have so much more respect for our team than it deserves. It's hilarious.
