Welcome to day 2 of Australia vs India

Aus-277/6
Ed Cowan 68
Ricky Ponting 62

Umesh Yadav 3-96
Zaheer Khan 2-49

aus should look to add another 100 than skittle the indians out for under 150

Will be a good opening session of play and one that could potentially decide the match. The Aussies need to get around the 350 mark, anything less and the Indians have the advantage before they decide to bat.

I reckon we will see Teenda come and go before tea today.

Australia need well over 400 imo, can see Dravid and co batting for days on this road.

the first hour is gonna be crucial if the Australians get a partnership i could see them scoring 420+

After Hussey and Cowan were thiefed out I would've been happy with 300. 350 would give us about parity I reckon.

If India beats Australia , Pakistan will go up the rankings quicker but i see most Pakistanis still supporting Australia . :P

We don't need their help. We will go up the rankings slowly and patiently :misbah

They are not helping us , we are helping them by supporting the Indian team :afridi

Anyway , i think i will support Indian win over Australia this series . No draws :misbah If they disappoint me I will troll the Indian trolls . It is a win win situation for me actually . :D

Australia will get out under 310 and India will score 450 on this track, hoping for a kohli hundred.

Into the tail now. They should try to hit a few quicky and get the flat track bullies in.

Hilfenhaus has some batting talent too. If Aus make 320 they'll be happy. 400 is ideal.

Zaheer is more important for us than any of the batsman we have...Hope he stays fit through out the series. Great bowling today...

A good shot by Hilfenhaus. I remember him aggravating us at Lords two Ashes ago.

Now the big question comes up. Can India cross 300 in an overseas test match for the first time since the West Indies tour?

What the hell happened to Sharma?

Was such a great prospect with pace, line and length.

Really is a shadow of himself.

Yawn, 32 average for a new ball bowler - show me the next one. :manzoor

To put it in context, he is about as good as Peter Siddle over his career, similar average, similar wickets per Test. Been very good the last few years which gives you an idea of how rubbish he used to be.
