"India is the new Aussies and the Real Aussies are not good Enough"
I was tempted to post a Preview of the Much Awaited Clash Between what was supposed to be a clash of Titans but I could See India "Coultering" this Overrated Aussies Side from a Mile.
When your Third Pace Bowler is Nathan Coulter Nile and 4th is Stoinis than you would Know India will plan to See off the Opening spell of Dangerous Duo Starc and Cummins and than Cash on in on the rest.
Actually that's the winning template Indian batsmen have been following by seeing off the new ball and than cashing on in the middle overs knowing fully well that they can play spinners well and most of the Teams today do not have Third attacking Pacer.
India is also a very Top heavy Side completely dependent on their top three to deliver with bat and whenever one of them scores a hundred they invariably win. However India has bit of a soft underbelly once you get
to the lower order Than India start to look very shaky and for that to happen you must hunt for wicket in the middle overs as well
Aussies turned up pale today. They were clearly looking under pressure once they lost the toss on a pancake of a Surface. The only plan they have is to take Wickets at the top and than their weaker bowler to contain India to a chasable total.

Batsmen look to Stroll through middle overs with some easy singles and those sumptuous Boundaries which always offered on platter by lessor bowlers.
However, When you are playing India the taps run dry in the middle overs their spinners will be all over you like a rash they will covert into a battle of survival. Run rate will drop wickets will fall they will suck the entire momentum and any notion of well being.
The world you will realize is such a cruel place to be out their facing Indian Tweaks
I will Give Credit to Indian Magnificent Bowling unit and their Think tank who have chosen this attacking template of converting those dull middle overs to a battle of attrition. Now you might say "hold on" Why Did I not mention the World no.1 Bowler Bumrah.
So What can I add to the praise of this champion bowler and best death over Specialist but I would still consider the reason for India glorious run as the ODI champions lies primarily due to their control over the Middle overs.
When you are Playing against a Champion Team like India you must first think of who will be your 4 wicket taking bowlers. you put their names first on the team list and sorry those hariy fairy Bits and pieces So called all rounders should never find their mention in the list unless they have been performing exceptionally in one of the discipline.
When you have the likes of Nile and Stoinis as 3rd and 4th bowling option you must not harbor any notion to become world champs and by the way When was the last time Stoinis won Aussies a match on his own?
All said and done a score of 350 was very much chasable on this flat surface and this Australian team plays Spinners very well Finch, Khawaja and Smith are top players against spinners and no surprise they beat India handsomely at their home turf recently.
When was the last time you came across an Australian bloke with self doubt whether to sip beer or gulp it or believe it or not Skip it.
Really, What the heck was going on with the Chase. Warner has looked suspect right from the 1st game but boy When Smith Promoted himself to no.3 i thought he Will Look to unsettle Indian Spinner because that's the mantra to defeat this Indian side
But Smith started to accumulate runs rather than injecting any momentum to it the match was lost right their. Against a Team like India you can't be this defensive and hand over the momentum to them the meek surrender is unfathomable and only shows that mentally this Australian team is very vulnerable and mentally they are not the Champion side as their Great Predecessor use to be.
India real tough games start from next match against Kiwis and Pakistan
Now, I really fancy these Explosive Kiwis attack maybe the best of all the sides. Even you somehow manage to survive the test of Quality pace and swing of Boult and hugely impressive Henry. A thunderbolt awaits you in the form of Ferguson welcoming you to the middle overs
Pakistan has four Attacking option with the bowl and they must get the fifth one as well against India and rest Asif for India game. Against Teams
like India and England you must have ability to strike in the middle overs
both Pakistan and Kiwis possess them though Pakistan has slight edge in terms of batting against Indian spinners
