I have heard for the first time that calling some one as mediocre is actually 'glorifying' him.That is why i believe you are not reading my posts properly. And then i am not his fan boy, rather say 'you' are the one who has blatant hatred for him. And BTW the great 'Ehsan Adil', who mohit can't replace , has an world class average of 55. so if Mohit is garbage, what Adil is?

There you go vindicates my post by glorifying Mohit by claiming others are rubbish, it just shows you are nothing but a fanboy who is advocating the greatness of a timid seamer that basically assumes the position for a spanking; am sorry but that's just how I feel only fanboy would claim I hate him just because I don't rate that pathetic bowler. x,y,z are rubbish blah blah so it's okay for Mohit to be rubbish, the funny thing is x,y,z at least have a pair and I'd take them over mohit any day.

People on here really don't like Bangladesh. What's true is true though, they probably have the best pace attack in the subcontinent right now, have some good/very good upcoming batsmen like Sarkar and Das and have a world class LOI all-rounder in Shakib.

As a Pakistani, I would like to say well done to Bangladesh for getting past nepotism and selecting players based on merit, something our Pakistan has never been able to do
 
I think its the Pakistani fans that are the real panauti. Any team they support forgets how to play cricket.

Will serve two purposes- Dhoni will be kicked out of captaincy

Someone saying ones and twos are not enough.

Idiotic.

Ones and twos are EXACTLY what needs to be done for 5 overs and soon boundaries will flow.

India got screwed because these one sand twos stopped.

Modern ODI has changed.

Bangladesh need wickets.

India need singles which will give momentum to move forward.

Bangladesh are firm favourites to win this but sensible batting can turn things around and make the match even in 30-40 minutes.
 
Whats worse is that this is a full strength India team and not a B team like the last tour (which they won) and is not a team in transition either.
 
Unless Raina gets out the match really isn't in our bag. Raina is a top class batsman and can take the game away from us. We don't have a proper offie in the side unfortunately.

If he played T20 in the middle order he'd be terrible there too. And he isn't terrific at it, merely good/decent. It's bad evaluation that makes him look better at T20 than he is.

If India lose, this is shameful. We lost with a whole new team, India have full strength side.

Boundaries stopped (As well as one's and two's) thanks to Rahane.

Here's an almost guarantee I give you. If ever Rahane comes to bat with his side under pressure and needing to score fast, India has lost the match.

I have said this for over a year.

Rahane has to either open or be thrown out of the ODI team.

He is useless at No 4 in 7 out of 10 innings.

Add Kohli's off stump issue, we are in some serious shi t.

Problem lies with Dhoni. He simply isnt good enough as a captain any longer and till the time he is there this batting unit will continue to play like it has for a couple of years - totally dependent on top 3. There 's no fresh thinking, no change in approach.

Everyone in India knows Jadeja is not good enough but Dhoni will keep pickng him

It is hilarious to know how you go about arguments without any justification. It is apparent that you have something against that player more than anything else. Blabbering in thin air will leads to nothing unless you have stuffs to back it up.

India is playing with 7 tailenders in the team. Not going to win like that.

Only 5 batsmen in these days is not going to work. You need 7 batsmen to win.
 
Do you guys think a series loss for India would mean hiring of a proper big name coach?

There are hitters; it's our strategy. Two wickets and Rohit's momentum vanished because of it.

It's the same reason Morgan went from useless slow batsman for the last two years, to becoming god-like the moment he was given freedom.

Not really I just have a different opinion to you actually am just not a fan of timid seamers that have displayed enough to suggest they don't belong at the international level averaging 31 after 20 games, you glorify a 31 average by claiming it's fine because pakistani bowlers are rubbish; fantastic justification from you there have to agree.

India can still win it from here, these two need to stay till the end
 
Still think India is in this if these two stay there till 40 overs. Maybe even 35
 
Guys quit praying for an India win. If we can't qualify for the CT then its what we deserve.

Let's face it our ODI form has been dreadful for years and its come back to haunt us. Its not like we're unlucky here.

His bowling has become poor. His batting was always close to being a bonus. When he's barely bowling (Going from World No.1) that's more than a dramatic swing.

I don't want Jaddu out of the team. But he should be batting at No.9 or No.10 Position. Not at No.6.

Your Top 7 players should be solid batsmen who can win matches by sheer brilliance. Jaddu and Ashwin do not cut it in LOI.
