His hitting ability is impressive. He is a clean striker of the ball.

It has been a mixed year.

Positives: 3 Test wins against good sides, beating SL in World T20 and reaching Super 8, and whitewashing West Indies in a T20 series.

Negatives: Lost an ODI series against Afghanistan. Lost a T20 series against USA. Was below-average in World T20 (minus the SL game). Lost some games very badly.

Bowing was good. Batting was shaky.
