In fact Worcestershire were in such dire situation that Shakib had to play after flying in from Ireland the very next day. And he didn't miss a single important game. He was rested for the practice match against Pakistan to prevent him from burning out. Since he joined he has been their highest wicket taker BY FAR. And it's not a co-incidence that before Shakib's arrival Worcestershire did not win a single match in the CC. His importance is highlighted by the announcement of Worcs' new director of cricket that resigning Shakib for next year will be one of his major priorities. Sakib played 54 FC matches and got only 4 centuries.. Not even once in every 10 matches.. And He plays in a Domestic Competition which has the lowest standard in compare to Other Test Playing Nations,, Could Be equal to Pakistan's Domestic competition in terms of Administration, but Pakistan has Better Quality Players Than Bangladesh's Domestic FC Players.. Thats where Pakistan also beats them in terms of Quality of Domestic Cricket..

And Some People Said, He Did Great in English Cricket.. Even Adil Rashid Doing Great in English County as a Leg Spinner, Yet he has no chance to play for England.. We all know, English Players or non sub-continent players are weak to face Spin Bowling, it would have been surprising if he would perform bad there with his good quality spin bowling.

India Is Current World No.1 in terms of Ranking, But Many Believe that they are not as good as Australia Was in Late 90's to late 2000's.. I always thought He was Better Player than Ashraful who introduces himself in Media as Ash.. LOL.. Ashraful may gets more Media attention because, He is from Dhaka. And Aftab destroyed his Career by joining ICL.

And Now Tamim is Bangladesh's Hayden to me.. Because,, He plays Modern way of Cricket like Hayden.. Effortless Strokes Against Good Length Ball which Only Hayden could play..

Jimmy Siddons ( sorry if miss-spelled ) Certainly helped Tamim to Improve Himself as a World Class Batman..

I wish he will finish his career with an Average of near 50 if not above 50...
