Big big big wicket of Taylor. Rubel gets him in his first over. RRR over 6 now.

I'd say Bangladesh is fav to win from here as they have the momentum after Taylor's wicket.

there is heavy rain. No real chance of a match ad the drainage is poor

184 runs left with a heap of batting to come... Only one team saved here.

At a rate of 6.2

And Williamson is injured and currently in the hospital. Anyways if you do the math NZ are 80-3 so they should be 240-9 after some time :akhtar

you just found yourself a good excuse. Everyone else thinks that the match is in Bangladeshs bag. Our LOI bowling is good. Better than that of India and Zimbabwe if you ask me

If the number of overs are reduced....then NZ do have a chance to win this.

All of our players are big hitters...

Anderson, Eillot, Neesham, Southee and Mccullum - you really think those guys can't score 180 between them?

We're in the exact same position as you were after 20 overs and we have a stronger middle order and tail

This isn't even factoring in the ability to score 100 runs off the last 10 with wickets in hand...

Powerplays + big hitters = night night Bangladesh

Anderson is in quite some form.

McCullum is McCullum. If he has one of his days then Bangladesh will lose. For some reason Southee is one who I am worried about.

From what we hear the game is reduced to 33 overs and New Zealand would need to score 206 to go 1-0 up in the series. The game will resume at 21.00 local time -- Cricinfo.

9.5 runs needed by NZ per over.

Mash and Gazi bowled quite a few overs already so don't know how many overs they will get to bowl. Its going to be a fun match, this. :yk

Eye of the leopard.

Ok this hattrick has to be on par with the one we gave to perera. Anyway congrats bangladesh... Game is totally now yours. Newzealand

Anderson ball was great slower ball.

McCullum got done with extra pace and bounce.

The third being a clip off the hips and caught down the legside by Mushfaqir.

This series had soo many great moments like sohag ghazi getting a hattrick and a hundred and now this. To bad it wasnt televised.

LOL hahaha don't jinx your players anymore buddy

all getting out to Rubel is  worthy

So this is the "improved, will smash Pakistan any day" NZ Kiwi has been harping about for months?

:shakib

Pffffffffffffffffffffffffffft :yk

Bangla bowling is now at par with India's. Pie chuckers and dart throwers picking up hattricks. To be fair though, Gazi looks like a great bowler. Rubel - the less said the better.

Still not over.

The cliche, this is cricket and anything can happen. where is the fat lady? Need her to sing.

This is exactly the reason, NZ will always be a middle to bottom tier team.

How can a team with the likes of Taylor, McCullum, McClenaghan, Rutherford, Williamson, Southee not win more consistently?

Was lucky with the hatrick. The other two deliveries weren't all that bad.
