ICL have changed some rules to make it just fair:

Any doubtful decision can be referred to the third umpire for final approval and this includes LBW too.

When you compare it to IPL, the money offered is still less.

You think, the likes of Inzi and Lara would sign up if it wasn't for the money offered? You gotta put money to make money. Its as simple as that.

And don't confuse this with the economic status of the people in India. Tax payer's money is not being used anyway. We need ICL to counter act BCCI and develop more tournaments like that.
