1. If someone is indian he can move the tribunal to prove his nationality.

2. Do you know that there was a partition? Do you know that it was demanded by muslims? Do you know that they got a separate country? Do you know that presently there are two islamic republics in the SC? So we are to give up land and resources in 1947 for muslims, then we also take in illegal muslim immigrants from these islamic republics. What are we? Fools?

Enough of the nonsense man, everyone who chose to stay in those countries made a decision, I absolutely don’t understand why they want to come to India now.

Also lets allow the Burmese Muslims, they didn’t vote for a separate country why be mean to them in that logic?
What about the Hindu Nepalese thrown out by Bhutan?

1. Million s participated in the NRC. If they could do it rest others too can. And if still there is some mistake, we have tribunals.

2. Were they asked before they were thrown into a islamic republic and made second class citizens? No. We gave their land to muslims, its our duty to give them asylum here. This would have been finished in 1950, but Nehru in his wisdom signed a stupid pact.

3. Did India give away land Burmese and Nepalese to anyone that we have to gove them asylum? The myanmarese Rohingyas have been called a security threat even by BD. No way they will be allowed here.

What if a Hindu, Christian or any other religion decided to live in Pakistan on their own will. They still fine to come to India.

And Afghanistan existed before Partition so why they being allowed from their to come. And that kills your number 3 point.

That will be found out via a due process. We don't want illegal Muslims from Pakistan or Bangladesh in our country. Legal ones like
Adnan Sami are welcome. Why should we take them. Will you take the poor Hindus from India into Pakistan.

Assam was the only state that we expected to protest vehemently. This bill does dilute the Assam Accord.

Arnab is correct it's all about the elections and Vote Bank. They want to give these immigrants who are not Muslims citizenship before the next election so they will have more votes and to exclude Muslims getting citizenship so they can't vote.

The Queen is the head of the state of UK. You are her subject.

Church of England is the state church and protestant Christianity the official religion of UK.

This law just keeps muslims of pakistan and BD out, doesnot touch any indian.

Do watch Pakistan, which is struggling to get teams in for a cricket match. So popcorn sales may be down as the stadiums are empty.

India is best place for any religion in the world no doubt. But this doesn't mean we would accept pakistani and banladeshis muslims who demanded and took their own proportion of land in 1947 and then still coming back to india.
Pakistani and bangladeshi muslims may come through applying citizenship. Many pakistani muslims has applied indian citizenship in the past.

I don"t get it, if modi wants to let certain people from Pakistan, Bangladesh and afghanistan(non muslims)into india than thats their choice.
We as Pakistanis should ensure that non muslims in our country enjoy the full benefits of being Pakistanis, without discrimination, so that they love THEIR country just as much as their fellow muslim citizens and NEVER want to give up their citizenship for another country, especially not india.

Let’s fix this first- Yes, I am an Indian muslim and forever will be loyal to my country. I am concerned with what is happening here but that doesn’t mean i will leave it for Pakistan or any country. BJP under Modi and Amit Shah is destroying our constitution but we still have some sensible hindus around us who will be there to support us till death. But i agree, it’s not a good place for the poor north indian muslims. They are suffering and will continue to suffer.

If you want to keep those sensible Hindus to keep supporting you, spread the message to those fundamentalists Muslims living in Malapuram to not cause troubles when a Hindu or Christian tries to buy a piece of land there and also to stop sending recruits to ISIS. The more things like this happen it is only a matter of time before those Hindus change their stance, it's already happening bit by bit. For the Hindu of Kerala most of them see everyone as equal but to the ppl of Abhrahamic faiths that is not the case, especially Muslims...

Criticizing racist, bigoted, hateful ideology doesn’t mean Pakistani want Muslim of India to betray their country.

RSS/BJP is a threat to a region not just India.

It's very easy to grasp. The loyalty is all one way. Indian Muslims are loyal, but they are shown to their face what rest of India really thinks of them when they are told all other illegal immigrants will be given consideration except Muslims.

Mr. Know-It-All, I come from Assam, the same state where there are curfews imposed in various districts and mobile internet suspended.

I'm not speaking for Indian Muslims, I'm rather saying that they would speak up for themselves, and they don't need outsiders speaking up for them.

The Pak PM response is hilarious. He didnt talk or even contest about the atrocities in Pakistan. At the least, he could have offered some comfort words to Minorities in Pakistan. But absolutely zero...

Instead, he has a problem with Indian government deciding how to give citizenships. The CAB is all about giving citizenships, nothing about taking away. A lot of misinformation being spread...
