Does West Indies deserve to be a full member for ODIs?

I checked the W/L ration of all ODI teams including associates and WI is at the very bottom, even below Zimbabwe and Ireland. No joke

I don't like downplaying others but WI has regressed by an unbelievable amount recently. It's as bad as Zimbabwe if not worse. Do they deserve to be a full member for ODIs? ICC should consider their ODI status imo

west indies have beaten Australia and South Africa at home in the past year. they are weak but not worthless. they are still one notch above Afghanistan.

below Afghanistan, the remaining sides like Ireland and Zimbabwe on down are basically to weak to bother with.
