No I got that from the way Hafeez played that forward defensive. He's a stroke maker by nature so even when he's defending he wouldn't be circumspect and go through with the shot. The way he played that he was as if trying to dead bat it.

England need to come to a conclusion very quickly that whether Pakistan are going for it or not !! If we are not going for it, this back of a length outside off wouldn't do anything whatsoever - They'd then have to bowl fuller and straighter which would be easier for our lot to negotiate.

Cook I guess isn't clear as of yet which way this match is going, declaring overnight would've however made it much more simpler for him but he wasn't sure whether Pakistan would go for the win or draw !!!
