England name squad for fifth Test against India

England National Cricket Selectors have named a 13-man squad for the fifth Specsavers Test match against India at Kia Oval starting on Friday September 7.

Ollie Pope will play for Surrey in the first two days of their Specsavers County Championship Division One match against Essex at Chelmsford and will join the rest of the Test squad on Thursday morning.

I would like to see Ali continued at No.3 personally, it could also be a position for him to be batting against the Lankans later this year. It would be nice to see Pope given a chance in the final test but for who remains the question. With Woakes expected to come in for Rashid who himself hasn't done anything wrong but neither has he done anything brilliant.
