He's pretty bad and struggles against any decent pacer regardless of conditions. He isn't skillful enough to be batting at 3. Our ODI batting problems start at the top and our ranking has only started going down since he's in the team. Right now he is the weakest link and we should drop him for a younger player that has the capability to learn
