Here i am talking about these chases. There is a reason why England always wants to chase because their team is made on this theory only that you need 11 all hard hitting batsmen who can score at fast rate and chase the scores between 350-400.
If they can't chase this then their bazball is of no use.

It depends. If Eng does does not lose wicket, tomorrow that target will be shrunk to 320 odd which is far more comforting.

Thats because they do not train for the longer format. Fitness management does not exist in our system.
