i get why Imam gets hate. He had his uncle place him in the team and there are batsmen better than him. But to blame him for everything seems a bit too much.
 
Sarfraz needs to score big

He hasn't done anything with the bat in last two years
 
Sarfraz is playing slow. If this was Imam, rhis thread would be filled with people blaming him for everything.

He's just not good to watch, seems to really struggle to play strokes, everything is forced.

And on the other hand we had the services of Umar Amin who looked like a million bucks yet couldn't buy a run if he wanted to.

How do you know what i meant keep your assumptions to yourself.

He needs punishment for his club level running and dropping him for single game will not be harmful .
 
This Haris guy should be dropped from the next match for his lazy attitude, Hafiz has to come in.
 
Sarfraz isn’r even running that hard while Imam runs well. Sarfraz needs to run harder man.
 
Run rate is decent, these two need to play safe for 10-15 overs and then look to accelerate.

3 of the best batsmen of Pakistan supposedly are back in the pavilion and people are just ignoring them by saying, hey it happens, they are extremely amazing batsmen.

1 opener is still playing but people are criticizing his SR, his manner of play, his inability to play shots and his general attitude.

Its clear the bias drips on this forum.

The more I hate Imam I realise that he is the inly player in the team with good attitude, runs well , work hard and delivring more than he can.

Definitely but we cant afford to lose a wicket in the next 10-15 overs atleast which is the crucial part. As Asif and Imad both are not known to play overs.
 
Not to sound like an Imam ****** cuz i’m not. But Imam has been the only consistent player this series.

Don't expect any favours from Sarfraz with the bat. Since 2018 his SR is in the 70s.

Notice that awkward moment of silence from the usual fan club.

There was a definite single there.. No problem with the call.. And Sohail wouldve easily made it had he actually bothered to stretch for his crease
 
350 pitch and our batsmen may struggle to score 200. Babar got big head with Kohli comparison (He is even much worse than Amla) and Haris as lazy as he was always. Micky should keep his mouth shut and let these players grilled to perform. Our players cannot cope with praise.

They should take at least 6 runs of Moin. Sarfraz is a good player of spin.

One match and you’re already jumping to conclusions. Give it a break. You can’t perform every match. Babar is our best batsman and the only PAK batsman to be in the top 10 batsman in ODI cricket.
 
These two must bat till 35th over and give Asif and Imad a platform to hit big.
 
Imam has been really good today. To become a match winner he needs to up the anti post his 50, Babar also needs to learn that as when your eye is set and you know the conditions you should be able to dominate the opposition post your 50 and that too without too much risk.

Big game for Asif as well. For all these batsmen short on certain confidence, the follow up innings matters a lot

Now all eyes are on Sarfraz. He has to perform as well. He hasn’t performed for a long time.
 
If sarfarz does well today, a huge boost for him as well mentally
 
Remember the time when we criticized Waqar Younas for not playing sarfaraz in the initial matches of 2015 WC and then he got his chance against South Africa where he smashed South African bowlers all over the park. Don't know why Sarfaraz was demoted after proving to be a handful opener.
 
Good SR from Imam.

This is the ideal time for Sarfraz to bat - the middle overs where he can keep the score ticking. Not a late order hitter so should never bat at 6 or 7.

I honestly believe Imam could become the best batsmen the country has ever seen and people will still profusely dislike him.

He has done more than enough to deserve a spot on the squad.
