Really Awful catching by Lankans today at slip cordon.

Well played Prior n Broad though

how come no1 seems to be a sl supporter here amongst da neutrals?

418/8

Har har, Lankans put England in and give away 400+ at 4.3 per over! Great captaincy Dilbert!

not been able to figure out da pitch, some balls bowled at around 85 mph didnt bounce much & some really took off & the length was pretty much similar ...

these arent good economy rates by sri lankan bowlers

England have kicked on really well today! Scoring at a brisk rate, making sure they pile up enough runs to make a game of this and their bowlers got something to bowl at!

Positivity has been the impressive thing about them so far!

Finney is playing some good cricketing shots

Meanwhile, Lankan attack looks tired n clueless

very sad to see srilanka, struggling so much with their bowlers. Im surprised to see no KULSEKRA, NO Angelow Matthews and no Thushara, atleast these 3 are mch betters then the one currently playing.... can anyone tell me, how pooor was SRL fielding? how many catches they dropped cuz i didnt watch the match...

Thushara and Mathews are out with injuries and I think Kulasekara was not considered as test quality bowler by SL selectors.

There were too many chances (difficult to count) missed out by SL fielders today (Mostly at slip cordon)

I don't understand why Kulasekara isn't considered one, looking at the averages in first class for the fast bowlers they're currently playing they're over thirty in bowling averages

Kulasekara is a successful ODI bowler and has a first class bowling average of around 22.

If Lanka bat well they could easily match England's score. England dropping sitters doesn't help their cause.

72/0 & about 45 overs left in day .If eng dont get 4 wickets today then da match would end up in a tame draw .
