Just an issue. Posting through website or even its mobile version is not at all that fun. I read posts through Tapatalk but that doesn't let me post through it. Somewhere around I came across this suggestion of having a PP app, which I think is a very good idea and something for you guys to focus upon. Would do us lurkers and forum both a lot of good.

Yo! Can I finally post now?!

That's great!

Have to admit closing off the forum for guests during prime time forced me to get over my laziness and sign up. Especially when the matches were as thrilling as in the past few days.

Why did I not want to sign up? Because I don't want to spend too much dealing with a sport.

Let's see, oh yeah my favorite posters are the optimistic types since I am optimist myself. I said optimistic ones and not over the top delusional ones.

Of course being optimistic doesn't mean you don't need a healthy dose of criticism and scrutiny.

I am on my smartphone and can't figure out how to post the amazing smiles of PP. Even though I am in advanced mode.

I support the men in green. No, not the chokers. The ones who know how to put up a fight. Or at least are starting to put up a fight. Yes I mean team Pakistan! Surprise, surprise.

I think of myself as level headed fan. So don't expect knee jerk reactions from me.
 
I think I spend more time on this website than the Mods do themselves!
It takes me through the work day when there is not much around. I think by now everyone (even my team leader) recognises this green website I keep on reading. It was not much of a surprise when he asked me before Pak England match if I like cricket or not, I feel like he found out after constantly seeing me on PakPassion :acp
 
all forums on the internet can be viewed without registration, why this forums policy is diff?

i think more people would register when they read the forum in the first place

Thread viewing is only turned off for non-registered users during times of extremely high activity.

I got to commend the moderation on this site. Definitely at a much higher level of competence compared to most of the web space. There is absolutely zero tolerance for any sort of personal attacks, stupid name calling and other stuff of that sort. Everyone can put forth their views without any risk of partiality in moderation.

Definitely a bit more conservative than I would prefer but that's absolutely nothing compared to the positives this forum commands over most of the other cricket fora by a long shot.

A big thumbs up from me.

Long time lurker here. I do enjoy reading the posts, however, I do feel that at times people can get a little confrontational. As someone who was bullied as a child, I find it extremely difficult to engage in conversation in that type of an environment. I tend to avoid those situations. Having said that, I do have a few cricket related stories I'd hopefully like to share.

Welcome to PP! Report them right away. Staff works real hard here. We all here aim to put up a positive discussion no matter how different or radical our views be.
 
I have been a greater lurker of this website since 2010 or 2011 and registered on it in 2012 or 2013. I kinda of take long breaks in between but I come back again. The quality of this forum is better than all other forums of cricket. I recently started posting views .

I am reading this forum since 2006 but never thought to register. I remember once i tried to but somehow failed and just before some months i asked my cousin who was the member of this forum to register an account for me because of TP section but Alas! She came up with this username :facepalm: Hats off to all administration, moderators and posters who are keeping this forum alive May Allah bless all of you always. Ameen
 
Joined as of 2011....was a big lurker for a while, do enjoy reading what people post....started posting more as of last year regardless...it really is the best cricket forum enjoy it a lot :)

Hey! I been around here since 2015! But never felt the need to sign up. After doing so yesterday I can’t believe it took me so long. Healthy dicusssion is always good. Don’t delay sign up today!
 
I lurked for 4-5 years before I joined here and believe it or not, there was a time when PP was the only Media diet I had over the internet. Have made some really good friends in the last half a decade via this platform and truth be told this is still is one of the best moderated discussion boards in the world!

You may see us going tooth and nail on certain issues, you may see us picking on each other to prove an annoying point but at the end of the day, the blokes and gals that I've come across here have been, in most cases, exceedingly intelligent people that I've met in my entire life.

Don't shy away from a chance to have a meaningful conversation on the game we all love or if you're into political or socail issues then hop over to the Time Pass section however, whatever it is that you're looking for I can assure you'll find an extremely interactive community that is phenomenally welcoming.
