Afridi isn't very adaptable as a bowler. Can't bowl with the new ball, can't bowl at death. Bowls when it's easier generally and even then doesn't keep down the singles great. Misbah struggles to use him. Plus he's out of form. When Afridi does fire it's often unpredictable, so Misbah's taking the time to see how he can best use him and his strengths. Misbah's probably just testing him out seeing if he's in form or not.

and misbah give asad ali long run resting juni and gave rizwan and umin good situation bcoz if they play they will definetly play at number 6 and 7 so i think misbah was 70% good in this warm up as captain.... what u say ?

I won't be surprised if his captaincy has the same level of "pathetic" in the coming ODIs.

Rizwan won't play Umar will keep. Might as well give practice to those who are playing. Misbah wants Riaz to perform with the bat, it's why he's picked. To not make our tail as long.

He shouldn't but he will.

I thought he'd pick Harris, but by not playing him in the warm up and sticking with Asad, think the other posters were right, Asad's gonna be picked.

think logically if haris would have been played first choice over asad, then no point even taking asad in squad. i think you'll see asad in first 2 games, if he continues to fail then haris will be given chance.
