I'm not a fan of the opening combination but it's not easy to accelerate on this surface or clear those massive MCG boundaries.

Remember against India we lost crucial wickets hitting out when you can score at a decent clip running hard between wickets.

What game are you guys watching where Haris was trying to undo Babar and Rizwan? He was 0 of 6 balls. Had he not looked like a tailender and played with a bit of calm (and no that doesn't mean not being aggressive), we could have made around 10 more by the end of the powerplay. He tried way too many things and shifted the momentum right back to England. Babar and Rizwan were fast but they weren't hopeless either that Harris had to be the savior.

Also this MCG, the ball is bouncing and swinging with long boundaries. That was Adelaide where there was nothing of the sort available. Two very different places and the talk of 190 so far seems a bit immature.
