1 is international 1 is domestic
1 is mainly established stars 1 is the stars of the future
1 is more entertainment based 1 is more cricket based

Personally im slightly more of a traditionalist so prefer under 19.

Only really watch these T20 leagues to see how the Pakistani players are doing.
