There are “experts” who think good fielding can compensate for pathetic batting and bowling.

Shadab bowls like a part-timer and bats like a tail-ender. It doesn’t matter if he fields like Jonty Rhodes (he doesn’t, just saying) - he should be nowhere near the team.
