I saw this coming. Mendis is class. Better than what his stats show. He's now living up to his talent. Sri Lanka may have a lower middle order and weak tail but at least they play the right brand of cricket to compete.

It's better to play like this in bilaterals and test out the batting abilities of your team even if you end up losing by more than 200 runs than to go out and play for your milestones.

This is why with the current mindset there's no way Pakistan can improve their batting.
