This is how Hassan operated in 2017 - 2018. He would still pitch the ball up and attack the stumps even if he was getting attacked whereas Amir would resort to defensive outside the off stump rubbish and the end result was that Hassan Ali had more wickets in comparison to Amir albeit at a higher economy rate.

True, though he has lost his pace significantly. I remember with his 140+ speed, his deliveries would skid much more than other bowlers, which gave him wickets either through LBWs or clean bowled.

Didnt see him bowl live though but saw some highlights of his bowling. He didn't seem to chuck. However his arm would be slightly bent. His doosra used to be slower than other deliveries with more flight which is what you'd expect if you don't chuck.

Spinners won't be effective here under lights, as we saw in the practice games. Besides most SL bowlers are very young and have been thrown into the deep end due to injuries, they are probably still shell shocked after the phainty they received from SA.

Imam has not been among the runs for 5 matches in a row I guess, his runs at the top was very crucial as they go in with non existent middle order. Now saud shakeel has stabilised the middle order.

Babar, Rizwan, Saud, and Shaheen are the only automatic picks but everyone else needs to go back and earn their spot. In an ideal world nobody makes the ODI/Test team based on PSL performances, only on domestic 50 over/First class experience
