i believe anyone else can do a better job covering matched live then crapinfo, great idea for a commercial website

ICC needs to make a proper website with official updates by ICC, these stupid websites have ruined many games like this

I love how the title mentions the warm-up game between pk and zim and the thread has become about Aus and Zim

As I said..

What farcical coverage (all day), the players and crowd are probably back at their hotels/homes by now.

Crackinfo's scores are wrong. Ashraful 35 off 35 and Mushfiq 4* off 2.

Yeah crapinfo has been teasing us all the day.

Mohammad Hafeez with his fifty? I hope he continues to do so. We desperate need any of opener to fire in the first six overs and provide reasonable target to defend for our bowlers.

I am not surprised with Mohammad Asif performance. He is not T20 bowler, but you never know with his hunger to surprise. He works hard.

Looking at the text in your signature, when did Afridi say that? Hope it is now before the T20 WC.

Congratss Zimbabwe! Zimbabwe owns Australia in T20.

I want Zimbabwe to bring their best game against Pakistan. It will test our team really well.

Hang on, confusion according to this-

Aussies also got their World Cup practice off to a good start when they edged past Zimbabwe in a tough game. Zimbabwe scored huge 173 runs for seven wickets from 20 overs, thanks mainly to Chigumbura who belted Australian bowlers all across the park during his 33-ball 76 runs. Aussies completed the target in the final over of the match as after Warner came on to the ground will all guns blazing, Zimbabwean spinners clawed their way back into the match with some wickets, but skipper Michael Clarke kept himself cool to complete the target in the penultimate over.

Ah, they've just edited..

Aussies got their World Cup practice off to a disastrous start when they were defeated by Zimbabwe in a crunch game. Zimbabwe scored huge 173 runs for seven wickets from 20 overs, thanks mainly to Chigumbura who belted Australian bowlers all across the park during his 33-ball 76 runs. Aussies fell three runs short of the target as after Warner came on to the ground will all guns blazing, Zimbabwean spinners clawed their way back into the match with some wickets, and despite a captain’s knock by skipper Michael Clarke the chase fell apart in the penultimate over. Aussies could score 170 for six wickets from 20 overs.

Australia have suffered a shock loss to Zimbabwe by one run in their opening World Twenty20 warm-up match in St Lucia.

Zimbabwe batted first and scored 7-173 before restricting Australia to 7-172 from their 20 overs.

Opener David Warner top-scored for Australia with a hard-hitting 72 and skipper Michael Clarke is believed to have made 49 although officials scores have not been made available.

Warner's 49-ball innings included four fours and five sixes.

Australia got the wobbles in the last few overs with Brad Haddin and Steve Smith both run out.

With 13 needed from the final over, Australia lost Clarke bowled from the penultimate delivery and then Mitchell Johnson was run out off a wide before Brett Lee ran a leg bye from the last ball.

Earlier, Elton Chigumbura hit a crowd-pleasing 76 from just 35 balls with five fours and six sixes, sharing a 114-run partnership with Craig Ervine (39) for the fifth wicket.

Australia's Johnson claimed 4-23 from his four overs while Dirk Nannes, Lee and Shane Watson took one wicket each.

I don't think they've won a single T20 game against the Zimbo's yet (they lost to them in '07 as well).

Aus lost to zim againnnnn :)))
I've a feeling that bangladesh nd pakistan gonna make it to the super 8.
;-) Welldone Zimbabwe hats off :14:

this will give lot of hope to Pakistan.
I am sure, if we can score around 160 against australia, we can defend it easily.
Here a question comes, can we go in with an extra spinner in form of abdur rehman, and omitting Asif against australia.

so team shape could be like this:

kamran
butt
hafeez
afridi
umar
fawad
misbah
razzaq
HAMMAD
amir
abdur rehman
saeed ajmal

They've only played the 2 haven't they? This game won't count though so the record will be 1-0.

The Aussies barely beat us in our lat T20 and we were missling key players such as Afridi, Aamer , and Razzaq. Stop with the "we now have a chance" BS.

not necessarily a bad thing for the aussies to lose today, i know it's pretty embarassing losing to a minnow side like zimbabwe but in these sort of tournaments its all about peaking late an at the right time. I rather have us pakistan struggle now so we got time to wipe out any potential flows and problems

Well this is an embarassment .. I wondering why Clarke is in the T20 team, 42 from 48 balls? :69:

Thankfully it aint a intl...

Zimbos have beaten W.I and Aussies before in T20. So beating the Aussies again isnt that much of a shock!
