Bairstow now gone. But England couldn't afford for him to plod at SR 60 while run rate was creeping up. should have gone like Hales. Yes understand was a bad start but chasing 170/180 you just can't do that. You had to take a risk.

the run rate is now over 12, which means everyone from now on will have to strike at a SR of 200. Ridiculous really.

Hales has played pretty well though.

The thing is with KP out, there's firstly hardly any batting strength in the side nor experience. Morgan's the only one with any T20 experience.

Contrasts greatly from the world cup that England won with KP, Collingwood and Morgan all in the same side.

Lots of people talking about England's poor batting but credit is due to Sammy for good field placements and the West Indian bowlers for bowling to that field. Clearly they have done their homework as the English batsman are struggling to find the gaps.

It's only due to lack of experience in the team I think that perhaps it seems too low.

I think Morgan's better down the order, he's a good finisher. Better get someone experience in, and play Morgan at five or six.

Something like that. Bell and Cook might as well come in on their ODI form. I don't really rate Samit or Wright, Yardy played a bit of a role last world cup.
