Yes, I understand, but it's important to keep in mind the pitch factor to put Amir's bowling perf in last 2 games into perspective. Still, potentially, in T20s you need more variations and cutters than faster deliveries especially if there's not much swing. That alone means Mustafizur is slightly ahead of Amir in this format.

I know it was a flat pitch. But there were bowlers who outbowled Amir in the same match. He was bowling too much length balls and bouncers and very little yorkers and slower balls.

Still Amir is the better overall bowler across all formats because he's a complete package and will be excellent in Tests which will be his strongest suit.

TBF, flat tracks are named so for a reason. There's another name for those pitches- bowler grave yards.

Amir was poor on them and even Strac gets tonked often in IPL on them. You need some one to Open the bowling like Amir, Bowl in the middle overs like Fizz and bowl Yorkers at death like Bumrah. In due time once he regains some strength, AMir will be capable to do all of these.

NZ exemplify why cricket is team sports, they took out their most experience and best bowlers, they are from country where seamers run the show and they are stars... Put in three quality spinners, even the seamer they put in are specialist, one is out an out pace other is skillful in death...

In our country there would be lot of wining and crying in dressing, it's already is no matter what...

One thing I always like about NZ weather they had average or below average team or top team, their team spirit is always intact. They had great culture !!

Looked at the wicket, waited for the toss & then went to sleep (for couple of hours) - woke up 4 hours later & it looks like time well spent. Only missed the 5 wicket of Mustafiz, but quality of the wicket actually takes lots of credit from that.

I think this was a poor wicket, it gives big advantage to the side batting 1st. The final 'll be like the Kumble's 6/12 or WC 1996 SF type of match on this track. This also indicates MS's mistake of putting PAK in on this track & PAK picking 4 pacers.

Tournament started bad, finished bad.
