Yes, I understand, but it's important to keep in mind the pitch factor to put Amir's bowling perf in last 2 games into perspective. Still, potentially, in T20s you need more variations and cutters than faster deliveries especially if there's not much swing. That alone means Mustafizur is slightly ahead of Amir in this format.
I know it was a flat pitch. But there were bowlers who outbowled Amir in the same match. He was bowling too much length balls and bouncers and very little yorkers and slower balls.
Still Amir is the better overall bowler across all formats because he's a complete package and will be excellent in Tests which will be his strongest suit.
