If the Zimbabwean batsmen can handle Billy Stanlake, why can’t the Pakistani batsmen?

Everyone has off days.. Pakistan had one few days ago, Stanlanke is having one today...

Our players still stuck with 90s attitude but this time more inferior bowlers and rubbish batsmen. Our selector is too timid/reluctant to give opportunities to young players with power hitting abilities. Lucky we had won CT2017 and few matches against inferior teams to cover up team's actual qualities. Imagine both Australia and Zimbabwe send their main players, we would may not go to final and get wallop by Australia left, right and centre.

Yeah it doesn't reflect well on us.

Bear in mind Zimbabwe are missing five of their leading batsmen in Taylor, Raza, Ervine, Williams and Cremer.

as usual we got caught napping and lost our nerve..we will be back..always happens..

i remember we played stanlake at ease in australia. looks like he has gained pace

It’s the hafeez/Malik affect. If you put pygmies as lead players, it rubs off

They've both played him once this series. Zimbabwe were chasing a huge score, they had nothing to lose, pressure was off, of course they were going to play their shots. Pakistan were batting first, and were under more pressure. Let's just wait till the end of the series first.

30 from 4 today, no wickets. The boys took him on today, even Sarfraz hit him for a 6

Thats why we should have a separate sub forum for fickle threads. :yk

Like I said in the last match thread.
One poor day does not define a team, it’s how they come back from it and how they move forward...

The last wicket was juicer, game started esrly, and weather was warmer... we got caught in a perfect storm and played a couple of bad shots, hence he picked up four wickets.

Of course some will still say that our score was a fluke

He is the same guy who got spanked by england batsmen recently. He had one good performance. HE is nothing special.

Wait for more spanking to him....:yk
