Yes 2 pretty simple catches dropped off his bowling today.

Someone needs to be held accountable for going into this WC with Imad as your premier spinner. Both Mickey Arthur and Inzamam need to be given marching orders after this WC for their incompetence in assessing the strategic needs to the squad on a long term basis.
Imad is the least of our problems.
Imad was living a high life when Shadab was in the team, i.e. away from the lead spinner tag. When he has had to take the lead spinner role, he has been exposed horribly. Same is the case with Hassan. He was chilled out when Aamir was the lead and was taking the most criticism.
Imad is the least of our problems.
I have a theory on Imad . . not sure if anyone has proved this with facts . .
Imad becomes super effective when the person bowling on the other end either is taking wickets or is controlling the run flow . . even yesterday, where Imad bowled the best compared to what he has done in the series . . Hafeez was bowling pretty well on the other end . . and Imad was able to run through his overs and not give a lot of runs . . it is when batsman start to become a bit fidgety and force runs off of Imad when he becomes really good .. which is why he's a good T20 bowler . .
Good comeback with the ball today by Imad Wasim:
First 6 overs went for 43 runs with 1 wicket
Last 4 overs went for only 10 runs with 2 wickets
I've actually seen in the last two games he's started throwing in a couple of offspinners. Granted he gets barely any turn, but it has caused some false shots. You start putting some doubt into the batsman's mind and it makes the arm ball twice as effective.
This really is just a case of Imad taking the safety first route and sticking to his preferred stock ball which is the straight arm drifter.
Good Come back but still think he should be replaced
Good call, and it's not like he is unable to do this, he is capable of turning the ball away from right hander
I think he just got complacent, he was getting away with just bowling arm balls, but England saw this and started swatting everything to leg. They have done Pakistan a massive favour by doing so, as it's made Imad realise he needs to mix it up. This will actually make his arm ball twice as effective now, hopefully he won't get complacent again.
Don't understand why he doesn't just learn to spin the ball. Would solve one problem.
He can spin it, just not very much. But it's enough to put doubt in a batsman's mind if he is brave enough to use it more.
Good Come back but still think he should be replaced
ShadabWith who?
Shadab
He's already a regular in the team.
Who does Shadab come in for? Need three pacers here?
Unless you drop Asif Ali and then you have a short batting line...
How bad is he?
How can we keep on wasting a useless spot by playing Imad, who can't buy any wicket at all?
=
He can’t perform everyday , he was not required today as Hafeez bowled well upfront . He has been a good bowler throughout, particularly against Indian when all others went for plenty of runs . Should not be knee jerk reaction .
You are time and time again right hopefully our selector sees the light
He is brilliant t20 bowler this is where he should stick too
They don't play him to take wickets. He's there to keep the run-rate in check and he does that.
PAKs weak link - a genuine SLAO spinner wound have booked Kiwis under 170 today.
Went at nearly 6 rpo despite coming onto bowl when NZ were 4-5 down with next to nothing on the board. Yes sure "he does that"
That upsets the team balance. We need the batting depth.
Is this the limit of your analysis? His career economy is 4.83.
So replace him with Asif and make Hafeez and Haris bowl 10. Although he undeniably does his job
Is that his economy? What are we arguing? And his career average is 45 even part-timers do better than that. Chalo next.

Mohammad Asghar would have done the job for us.
How many PSL games did he play this season?
