Pakistan is wasting Fakhar. I maintain; I do NOT like Fakhar against ANY SPINNER. This is exactly why he should open in t20.

I think you guys are too critical of Farhan. India has done well, and the outfield is very slow. ANyone who tries hitting here is losing hteir wicket.

I don't blame Fakhar.
Yeah gotta try and put pressure on bowlers like Axar early on. Pakistan after the early wickets did some good things like hitting Bumrah and getting a few boundaries. But they seemed content with that and were unable to add a few couples and singles to make proceedings look busy.

Missingg, wowww. DRS loving it

Keeper was also indicating that it was going down

The only way we can beat India is by putting up a decent total, not through flashy modern cricket at high strike rates, but by batting sensibly and building an innings. From there, we’ll have to rely on our bowling attack to do the damage. InshaAllah, if Hasan, Agha, and Nawaz can chip in with the bat and take us to a respectable score, then it’s over to Shaheen and our spinners to finish the job.

Pakistan built a "keep going harder" unit for flat pitches. But these are not flat pitches. But they are trying to prove this is what we will do. TO be fair lot of them would be sitting ducks in Test matches. Hence they are unable to adapt.

Days when PAK middle order batsmen used to bully IND spinners is long, long gone.

Little strike rotation and a wicket never seems far away.

Surface is very sluggish though.

We didn’t play for the pitch. All we needed was a good platform to build on. But we are obsessed with maximising runs in batting powerplay when we struggle to last full overs.

I really think all this complaints over batting powerplay are overhyped. It doesn’t make too much difference as long as you stay in. In reality you can only really go ultra aggressive when you know you have the batting strength in depth to follow.

What is much worse is Babar and Rizwan’s inability to accelerate once set. That was the issue. But we go overboard criticising the wrong issue. We need a platform being set especially as a weak batting line up. Otherwise we’re just constantly just trying to survive a collapse.

Trying to understand what Pakistan's goal is here? They've scored like 6 runs off the last 3 overs.

Strike rotation is non-existent

4 runs in 3 overs from their spinners since the PP ended... just hilarious.

Maybe they think it's an ODI.
