Nope I understood your point: India got to a final of a world cup they should have won, they didn't and Indian fans are still up in arms about it (as well they should be), Indian fans feel they hold their team to higher standards, which I agree with considering that the Indian team should have won that World cup, all the odds where in their favour and to lose (and in the fashion that India did) would be quite embarrassing.
You made a point about Pakistani fans not holding their team to the same standard, which is also fair and made an example of Pak fans/pundits feeling that the achieving the 2022 final was enough as a justification for this statement. My response was that the reason Pakistani fans didn't hold their team to the same standard is because a) getting to the final of the 2022 was Pakistan punching above their weight and b) the manner in which Pakistan got to the final was purely luck based, Pakistan didn't deserve to be in that final, they got schooled by Zimbabwe in the same tourney, even in this tourney...Pak got schooled by USA.
Indian fans have every right to hold their team to higher standards, India has been in more positions where they should have won and didn't (2023 final, 2019 semis).....but the attitude and weak mindedness remains the same regardless of where you go with fans in the subcontinent.
As long as Travis is their, India ain't winningPls don’t break tv in dreams after Indian win
yup..Australia are chasing this, lol. Congrats @mominsaigol
ZINDABAD BUDDYAustralia are chasing this, lol. Congrats @mominsaigol
Boundaries are small and good batting pitch, and all the Australian batters are good hitters. Never write off the Aussies.Lol at people writing off Aus
Yea. they know power play is the key. First 10 overs especially.@jnaveen1980 they look like going for better than 60/1 after 6
They just had to take simple catches.225 was needed after what Rohit done

If Australia win, then Afghanistan has to win really big to qualify.
If Aus win , they are in noway Afghans ll make itIf Australia win, then Afghanistan has to win really big to qualify.

Bhai Afghan just have to win if Aus loseIf Aussies cross 174, it is bad for Afghanistan.
As long as India keep Australia to 174 or less, Afghans just have to win to go through.
Bhai Afghan just have to win if Aus lose
Aus will end up with 2 points and Afghan 4. Run rate won't countNo. I checked the NRR equations on Cricinfo.
What you are saying is only applicable if Aussies lose by 31 runs or more.

As of now, Australia have a much superior NRR.
I havent repeated anything youve said, I gave a measured response to your deduction that Indian fans hold their team in higher regard than Pakistani fans and gave you a few logical reasons why this might be the case. You are repeating the same thing I said.
Indian fans want us to dominate like windies and Aussies, anything less than that is a failure for us.
This has nothing to do with being weak minded, it’s just the expectations from a team with most resources in a sport played by handful of nations, in a country with more three to four times the population of all other countries playing that sport combined.
There’s nothing wrong with having expectations of being the best and dominating the sport like US dominates Olympic Basketball.
vroom... vroomThe Aussie batting machine warms up!
Why do you think the pitch is not flat? This is an absolute belter, no doubt about that. We're getting a clearer picture now whether this was an extraordinary innings by Rohit or the pitch is flat.
Lol... Your frustration towards the Afghans is clearly visible.Come on Aus don’t want crappy afghans in the semis it de values the tournament just like USA did in the super 8s
Unfortunately true esp not the current squadOur squad just doesn't have the talent to compete with England and Australia in this format
Can only beat PAK/SL/AFG/BD level teams.
Nothing personal just want the best teams in the semisLol... Your frustration towards the Afghans is clearly visible.
The best teams will play the semis..Nothing personal just want the best teams in the semis
Looking very good broOmg thinks not looking good
I thought the pitch was flat. But there were some posters who were going high over Rohits's innings and mentioning how well he's playing on a not so flat pitch. Why do you think the pitch is not flat? This is an absolute belter, no doubt about that.
Have no fear when Pandya is hereRuns coming this over
