Such a shaky start.

Batting is not in form and very thin. Would be happy if they prove me wrong but this batting line up is weakest. All world cup and big events India win were because of a strong middle order. India is yet to replace Yuvraj and that's the main concern. Maybe Rahul or Dhoni can fulfil yuvi's role this WC but if not then we won't win.
Dhawan looking far more assured than Rohit.
imagine if south africa had steyn and olivier on this pitch.
i think they could have made a match out of it.

Currently it is looking that Rohit will need to bat at least half a dozen times to get to his 50.Rhit is always on the edge until 20-25 runs. You can get him easily in that period if you bowl well. Once Rohit crosses 50, he's harder to dismiss than Kohli
Rohit looking very shaky here, very lucky to survive.
Our top order is all over the place especially Rohit. Watching him bat currently is very embarassing.
If the broken part of the bat had hitted the stumps will it be out?
No wonder he is such a dud in test cricket. But our captain clueless is still hell bent on making a test cricketer out of him.He is technically not a sound player. Good player when the ball comes in straight line. Any seam movement he is clueless.
They have been one of the best openers in the world in ODI right nowWe put all our eggs in one basket of Rohit and Dhawan even after knowing that they've been in pathetic form for more than a year now.
Not in their current form, nah! They have been one of the best openers in the world in ODI right now
If pitches will be as bouncy as this throughout the WC then West Indies have a really good chance of reaching SFs given their tall pacers.

Always lovely seeing India struggle. Onwards Rabada
Rabada troubling elite batters when people saying Steyn is a better LO bowler.
You love to see it.
Indians have always overrated steyn. It’s puzzling. Lack of fast bowling knowledge probably
Those posters who said this WC would be boring have no right watching this.
Excellent cricket on show here.
Best batsman in the world walks in and straight away greeted with a bouncer from one of the best pacers in the world. This is PROPER cricket.
Lol, easier said than done.Or khelo defensive .. attacked karna to bhul hi gye.
ThanksGood question.

"or by any part of his bat becoming detached".
Can't really blame them can you? Everyone was expecting flat '350 is par score' ppitches
Thanks
I thought that so because broken part is also part of bat.
Before searching for it, I thought he wouldn't be out![]()
How Faf du Plessis would wish Rabada had better support here than Chris Morris.
Morris is a trier but not really someone you'd want taking the new ball in a pivotal World Cup match.
