India after losing greats like sehwag,sachin,ganguly,dravid someone always stepped up to fill thier shoes,be it rohit,dhawan,kohli,dhoni,pujara...
It is criminal to think good players are irreplaceable and have to stick to them even if they age and decline.almost all of the greats had a early start to thier careers in thier early 20s bar dhoni,but these days talks of preferring experience over youth and not giving chances till yougsters turn to 27-28 is just criminal
