I dont understand this. If anything Sharma has turned around a croner in the last 6-9 months.

if he was to be dropped it should have been b/w 2011 to 2013 end when he was playing every game despite serving terrible performances each match
His corner is a circle.

J&k 188-4 after 40 overs
parvez scores second consecutive fifty not out on 55

Why did they slow down????
Wickets are in hand.
Hope they don't choke.

I think people from Jammu and Kashmir should be allowed to play for either Pakistan or India like the Good Friday agreement in Northern Ireland.

I think the PCB should get in touch with these Kashmiri cricketers, if Pakistan creates it's own Twenty20 league, then they can offer these cricketers to play in the league -eventually they could defect from India and be granted asylum and then go on to play for Pakistan -that's how Fawad Ahmed played for Oz, Imran Tahir for South Africa, and all those South Africans went on to play for England.

That would really put off India :misbah

True. We need people from Pak Kashmir in our team too :D

If Pakistan can make some Kashmiri cricketers defect and play for us that would hit the BCCI where it hurts the most, then they would be forced to treat us as equals and stop monopolizing int'l cricket.

How will it hit BCCI where it hurts? It wont reduce BCCI's profit.

Also, those who defect will be banned from IPL and lose easy money.
No one is going to do that.
Domestic salary for a Ranji player are about Rs 40000 INR a day on average which is equal to Rs 66000 PKR per day.
In Pakistan I think salary is about Rs 40000 PKR per month (in 2012)

Any Indian to play for any PCB tournament will need NOC from BCCI.

Yeah genius! Leave the richest board to go and play for a poorer board. Also forget about the IPL earnings. Even some Pakistani players would happily not play in QEA trophy for an IPL contract!!

Parvez Rasool produced an allround
performance to lead Jammu and Kashmir to
their second consecutive win of the 2014 Vijay
Hazare Trophy. After opting to field at Luhnu
cricket ground, J & K limited Services to 236/9
in 50 overs and then chased down the target
with five deliveries to spare to win the contest
by three wickets.
Batting first, Services lost both openers cheaply
within the first six overs with just five runs on
the board. Both wickets fell to Ram Dayal. Rajat
Paliwal (61) and Nakul Verma (56) led the
recovery hitting half-centuries. They added 122
runs for the third wicket. Mehjoor Ali broke the
stand and from there, Services lost five wickets
for 39 runs. Lower down the order, Suraj
Yadav's blitz, 22-ball 46, helped them to a
respectable total. Rasool ended with 2/49
J&K also didn't have the best of the starts,
losing their first wicket for two. But Rasool (69*)
and Ian Dev Chauhan (67) scored fifties to
ensure they reached the target in 49.1 overs.
Avishek Sinha was the pick of the bowlers
taking 3/39 while Yadav was expensive leaking
67 runs for his two wickets.
Brief scores: Services 236/9 in 50 overs (Rajat
Paliwal 61, Nakul Verma 56; Mehjoor Ali 3/47;
Ram Dayal 2/47) lost to J&K 237/7 in 49.1
overs (Parvez Rasool 69*, Ian Chauhan 67;
Avishek 3/33, Suraj Yadav 2/67) by three
wickets

Any idea about Mir Sofi?

This mumbai team is the worst mumbai team ever. There are literally zero future prospects in this team.

JK team whereas has rasool, dayal, etc may feature in india A team for a long time.

Wow.. J&K is putting up strong performance against Mumbai (however weak they may be, they're still better than many out there).. Good days for K&K cricket ahead..

Want jk to thrash mumbai maybe then we'll get to see some changes in mumbai cricket circles.

Also would love to see jk in the knockouts.

wow what a performance by jk.. btw why suryakumar yadav captaining mumbai..? why not jaffer..?
