Bret Lee pissed at Aleem Dar for not having given the caught behind...very faint nick though.

Kartik edge and goes between keeper and 1st slip for 4
Ind 184-8 - need 10 to win

game is not over, Mitchell Johnson is back. I 'm very afraid of him. Just see him off and take singles please.

this is almost as bad as the New Zealand game where they had the Kiwis crippling at 40/4 but let them off the hook, allowing them to chase down 350.

By the way, it's hilarious how the Indian fans totally disappeared while they were down. Sudeenly this thread is alive again. :)

game over. Congrats to India.

Aussies had the same problem couple of games ago when they had india at around 110 for 9 but then allowed the last pair to put on around 40.

Congrats India...

I thought I would be the first to congrat them on their ODI win :D :27: seems like a new trend...

I have been here...since the begining :27:

Sweetest victory of the recent times. Even if we lost the series ,i am extremely happy with the way the boys played this ODI .

Fought till the last minute .Well done Robin ,Zaheer ,Karthik and Bhaaji .we are proud of you. :14:

why do we have to congratulate them for each match? especially one that is a dead rubber.

a series win is worthy of congratulations but congratulating them on every win is just over the top.

Yeah, I completely gave up this time. But they proved me wrong, loving this moment. :D
Oz dumped third time in one month or so by India ... defeating great team gives great feeling ....!

CONGRATULATIONS to all Indian for hard fought series. You proved to the world that it was a series between two WORLD CHAMPIONS, not between WORLD CHAMPION and a Fluke.

:)) hummm we just beat them with tailenders.. (cough)

Infact loss in last ODI wasn't that embarrassing as well. It could have gone either way. Overall better team won, but glad India gave some fight .... :D

surprisingly whenever a particular poster goes over board with his ''India hate comments '' we do well. :D

MOM Kartik. Rameez asked him if he nicked one to the keeper and Kartik smiles and says yes

Symonds MOS

We need his strong ant-India posts when play down under :P

it is strange that people are posting hate comments against INDIA... i guess it has become a fighter like we Pakistanis are... congrats India but thumbs up to Aussies. :14:

Excellent comeback from India - great to see Kartik do well. Though Uthappa's knock was the real turning point. The OZ will be disappointed to lose that after having India 6/64.

Dravid's form is worrying. His contribution was practically 0 in this series. When he was captain in England he played very well. After quitting his captaincy his batting form took a serious beating.

well done boys! I wish i could have watched the match..damn classes!

funny kabloee, this thread was kept apart by indians and hellopak. India started winning, hellopak disappered. So who's running from what? Some users were still here when it looked bleak.

Congratulations to Aussies though...one hell of a team

Missed Karthik spell but saw some amazing batting by the tail. Man that six by Zaheer straight over Lee's head was sweet. And that too after they exchanged words! Haha

Hellopak was going way over the top and we all know what happend at the end :P

utappa looks a fine batter, problem is that every time i see him he is get fatter and fatter. His fielding is not very good.

Get to the gum, can come a very good all round player.

Good game, but the indians should never have made it so difficult, hats off to the aussies for making a game..

:)) He was one of the best fielder for India in England in T20. I don't know where you get this!

what on earth are you talking about? he is arguably amongst the highest echelon of all the top fielders in this game. infact, this entire series, save for one misfielded chase on the boundary he has been exceptional. with him, yuvraj, gambhir (toss in kartik if you may) our on side during the field restrictions can only be penetrated using the aerial route!

The series has gone so far much like the Test series of 2004. Last time Aussies sealed the series at Nagpur then lost at Mumbai thanks to some Man of the Match Murali Katik´s performance which triggered a historcal collapse of Aussie batting while chasing something like 106 runs I guess...... Much the same so far.....

I was dead right :27: :27: :27: :27: .
