I know we were all predicting high 300+ scores in this World cup but against any team with a good spin attack it will be difficult to get 260+

Why did Cricinfo miss the word OUT in its commentary for Ryder's wicket (25.4 )? Thats it, Cricinfo is biased against India, I demand an apology :P

which is why teams who play spin well, like India will be able to score over 300 and get teams out for around 260.

The home advantage for India is incredible. They'll have the strongest batting attack, and a strong bowling attack able to threaten and limit top teams (if they pick a spin heavy one that is, which they undoubtedly will).

They're massive favourites for this world cup. I can only see teams like South Africa (who play well on these sort of tracks, plus they have amla who's excels against India) and Sri Lanka, and perhaps a small chance of Pakistan on a good day knocking them out. I don't see how anyone else really has a chance.

I have a question. Is yuvraj a sikh? If so does that mean not all the sikhs wear turban?

Yuvraj Singh belongs to Sikh community.
He got his hair cut long back. He was a proper Sikh/Sardar.

how many runs were scored in over 28, and over 29?

In cricinfo commentary, it is saying 1 and 8 runs respectively. But end of overs score is different?

Very incompetent work by Cricinfo.. read the commentary on How's wicket

Styris had gone down the track for the lofted shot and ended up slicing it towards Munaf at long-off.

EDIT: Now changed to the batsmen

Munaf is an unbelievably lazy fielder. He needs to improve his attitude. I remember gavaskar took him to the cleaners once for his lack of seriousness.

In his favor ...he did worked on his fielding he was pretty impressive during NZ series ...:) ...but fir se laziness start ...:)

Yuvraj is an Arya Punjabi.

He belongs to the Sikh Community. But they dont wear Pagdi and follow all the rules that other Sikhs follow.

My Sardar friend told me that most Non-Sikhs in Punjab do pray to Sikh Gurus as well as Hindu Gods. Its interesting.

Nehra is the worst bowler in this tournament, even Canada probably has better pacers than us.
