In fact it wasnt that much of a tight run at all. Misbah was ambling in, and just jumped to evade the throw.

He is capable of surprising everyone with a shocker like this once in a while.
 
Damn it, but proud of Misbah's innings, simply a great performance in a pressure situation, but what was he thinking, so mad and pissed because he did not get his hundred.

Exactly ... from reading cricinfo, it seems like he was inside the crease just just jumped to save himself from being hit. If so, some decensy would be nice!!! But I guess you don't expect that in an India/Pak game.

don't think so it was situation so Kumble need to call him back.

he was taking run, haven't arrived in crease and jumped in air (his own mistake), why would Kumble call him back ?
 
Misbah seems to be a champion of getting out in most outstanding fashion. Hope he has done it all by now.

\I've noticed that when Misbah is set there is absolutely no way any bowler is going to get him out. It's only when he screws himself over that he is walking back to the pavilion.

I dont think Kumble should have recalled him back - Misbah was taking a run - not like someone threw the ball at him while he is batting. It was a proper run, and it was for Misbah to block the throw if he was in line.

As i typed, Kaneria is bowled by Kumble. Pak all out for 231.

the openers and yk lasted 105 balls while Sami is not out on 28 off 101, they should hang their heads in shame

I was thinking the same thing. He gets himself out by doing something outrageous.

well what about the match where sachin collided into akthar and was run out even though he actually grounded the bat but when the ball hit the wicket his bat was in the air.

OK, Shoaib Akhtar getting ready to bowl. Let us see how the Indian batsmen approach batting on this wicket.
