wouldn't it be nice if we dont lose any more wicket till the end of the 5th day? just keep on batting and batting and batting......let Misbah go after BCL record...:):):)

Jokes apart.. he has made several of our top order players look foolish. This is not the first time.

that may be asking too much..
But i agree that we should bat as much as possible to give the Pakistani batsmen some confidence, and knock india hard..just get some advantage going into the next match.

Indian mind game to allow Sami to prosper & make Pak top order feel insecure :P
 
now i regret why they risk shoib for this match.

0-1 down, and with a rested, rejuvenated shoib on a springy chepauk track, it would've been cracking.

now i can see india winning 2-0, with shoib injured, tanvir injured and an attack comprising razzaq, arafat, rehman and kaneria.

he performed well with bat and we make him bowling coach? he should b batting coach :P
 
Now should Pakistan play fast and reduce the lead as much as they can.......and try to get them out cheaply and may be chase it.....who knows???
 
i think all those innings by the indians just fall short of greatness...one bc this was a flat pitch...actually the father of flat pitches...

and 2nd bc the innings of misbah and akmal are so much better bc of the immense pressure...

We are still ~200 runs behind, safety first if you ask me! If we can bat on and get the lead down to below 100, then we'll be in good shape. If we get bundled out now, India might put on a quick 200 and give us a target of 400 in one day and a few overs.

It would be one of those uncomfortable situations where we don't know whether to go for it, or just play for draw.
 
The way Misbah is playing, looks like he will play forever! Freaking party spoiler for Indian fans :D
 
Couldn't have hoped for a better session. Misbah, i hope goes on to score a double hundred and Sami too has been excellent so far !!
 
Simply unbelievable batting by unbelievable and Sami , Once again both have shown how its done .well done boyz.

Play for draw, and then play for win last overs, smack it around the park.

Afridi would have really helped here :batman:

how a batsman with a bowling average of 50 (gangu bhai) is bowling to a bowler with a bowling average of 50 (sami bhai).

A thoroughly enjoyable session. Sensible batting from Sami and Misbah in the face of pressure. Not easy for someone like Sami to survive with 5 men around the bat for so long.

typical nashukray pakistani,never freaking happy :po: :pissed: ,sami has done whats needed by him so be thankful for once.
 
When I see how well these two are playing together, I get a bit upset at the thought of what could have been in the first test if Misbah didn't try and practice hurdles when these two were going along so nicely. If they had played on a bit longer, the result could have been quite different.
 
M Sami has moved up 1 batting position since the start of the series.

So far so good. Now lets try to bat till tea

All the sounds of the game are there. Just no annoying commentators. I quite like it.

Misbah becomes the highest run scorer in this series so far. He has 270 while Jaffar has 267.
 
hahah and now they have a stronger appeal from against sami....and rudi says no..
