meanwhile steyn blows kiwis away...six for 49!!!

10 for 91, for 2nd test in a row.

and now back to boring ODI cricket.
 
The run rate is still no problem for India. And they still have Dhoni and Yuvraj in the back. Would be nice to make them come to the crease before Malik has to come in to bowl.

Sohail on fire. 62 for 4. Yuvraj and Dhoni still available for India, so we cannot be complacent.

first time in the series they are on top in the match!
 
Great stuff all-round so far! It's kinda sad in a way that with every passage of play, Kamran's international career is closing.
 
need one more wicket before the spinners come on.
malik and alams overs will be crucial.

This is exactly what Kirti Azad predicted during the innings break at ZeeSport....

He said that Pak pacers try to compete with Shoaib and don't bowl like they should or capable of. They try to bowl fast. Today without Shoaib, they will bowl much better. He mentioned T20 where Pak pacer bowled very well when Shoaib was not there!

Not really.

70 runs in another 16 overs,
and 170 in last 20 makes equation looks simpler considering dew.

Afridi is still in the ground, I would have thought he would have returned.
 
Fawad Alam looks like he's playing on the streets in Karachi. Lots of chatter. Lots of energy. Lots of confidence. Many he will perform with the ball too (fingers crossed).

Rao has definitely upped his pace. He's been consistently clocking around 140k throughout this series.

dont think praveena can do much. factor in 30 max for pathan
50 max for pathan
dhoni is the variable, if we can get him out for under60 we are well and truly home
