i would say NZ bowling attack is the best in the world across formats IMO. SA in Test yes, but they are rubbish in ODI's, bowl length deliveries and cutters and wait on batsmen to make errors.
Pakistan's bowling attack in ODI's is good but a tad overrated. I dont rate them highly in Test especially outside Asia.
So i dont rate NZ far from England in Test.
