I have a feeling India might win this one :D

In the words of my Indian colleague, its 1-1 already.

I'm not ruling out anything at the moment. As I type the commentators are comparing Nehra to Wasim :wasim
 
nervous start from the aussies.

If they can handle the spinners, this score is still pretty chaseable as this track is as flat as they come and coupled with fast outflied, anything is still possible

Yes the score is chasable, they have a MATCH WINNER PONTING STILL TO BAT. OZ should win this, Ponting should easily see Oz home after all he is the match winner...

:)) The only common thing there is that both are left handed.
 
this pitch and even the match so far reminds me of the mohali match between ind and pak in 2007
Ind scored 320 something, tendulkar and gambhir hammered pak bowlers while pak chased the total in the last over with afridi contributing 30 odd.
Younis scored a 100 in that match
The pitch was very similar, it was pacy with ball coming beautifully on to the bat
 
39/1 8 overs
If they can get around 150-160 in 25 overs and not lose more than 2 wickets, then for sure the game is on

Hello i can tell you one thing on this Lions One day Life is Better than 100 life of mouse or gedar so better you see things Afridi is an all rounder. Afridi shots are far far better then dhoni but just bad shot selection or not have more luck. and don't forget your own media start crying and say dhoni play for his advertisers. Dhoni is not the dare player like Afridi. dhoni play for himself not for country unlike afridi so dare you do you say anything about afridi

Miggy Nehra scares me to death I dont care if he is bowling as good as Wasim or as bad as Watson I just dont want him in the Indian side..
 
Some one saw Watson mouthing off at some Indian player, i think he said "F off" or something. Really hate this guy !

As far as I see it at the moment, the biggest turning point for both teams is when the spinners come in. This pitch doesn't look to good for spinners, and Cameron White is decent against spin.

oh pahleez this game is over...Australia isn't even trying and they are making indian seamers seem like west indian greats....if this was the pitch india batted on what crap did Australia bowl?

Yea, Afridi with his incredible average always plays for the country. Always rescues his team when his team needs him, add to that never plays shots that will harm the team. Reality check - In his entire career, he haven't rescued his team even ONCE, not even ONCE, like Dhoni did today and on many occasions.

One day of a Lion's life is better than 100 days of a mouse's life - But the problem is that Afridi have had about 5 days of Lion's life in his 10+ years career, while Dhoni have already lived 100 such days in his short career.

Oh def the bunny is a modern day great but just doesnt have what it takes to win when the 'pressure' is on in 'India'...The difference here is Gilly would have put a good fight rather than just bending over like Tha_Bunny...

I'm so upset now over the result of the 1st match. We could have easily win it, if only Bhajji remained in the crease during the last over. It didn't hit me hard that day because I was already devastated by the death of Wasim's wife. But now the pain seems to be getting the better of me.

Afridi never ever claim pure batsman he is an allrounder.he win us t20world cup your captaain luckly win by mistake from misbah bfr t20 07 dhoni was not permanent in the odi or even test just he get a bumper by t20 cup otherwise he was like an ordinary unlike afridi who make a world record in his 2md odi so think before you say rubbish against legend. or you can say donation to india afridi allrounder and when you cannot understand the mahavaro so dont say any thing

You can replace one mediocre player with another, but its pretty hard to replace someone withe Lee's calibre.

Correct! Australian team has top class players and all the other teams have only mediocre personnel. Perhaps Australia should go to Mars and get a game there.

Sivaramakrishnan talks about fabulous side! I still think Indian bowling is not good. They need three more good bowlers. Harbhajan was bad in this match.
