It would have been a pleasure watching Tendulker and Sir batting together. Would have been passing of torch from a legend to another.
 
Awesome to see Tendulkar just play his shots without fear. He's just enjoying himself out there. :)

Bit of an anticlimax, similar to Steve Waugh's final Test where he scored 70-something. Against India, coincidentally. But a great knock nonetheless.

I wonder if India will declare their innings closed to give WI a chance to retake the lead so that Tendy can open the innings. Because if India score 500+, Tendy ain't batting again.
 
Dhoni should just declare and let West Indies get some runs so Sachin can bat again lol.

74 is not that bad considering how most people were probably not expecting a +20 score from him.
 
West Indies have had a lot of luck with decisions going there way in this series, but this one is definitely biased. Incompetent umpiring may be acceptable.. but bias is not
 
Wow those Indian umpires are a disgrace, that was out, clearly out no wonder the Indian umpires get called cheats.
 
Indians are pathetic, if that happened to them in another country they would be calling them cheats and racist, disgraceful.

Say what again?I think we all know which countries are known for producing cheats.Yes,that was out.But India has been on the bad end of terrible umpiring equally often.How about you back up your lame accusations with proof that indian umpires are cheats?Till then Ill enjoy us hammer oppositions and win every championship that comes along the way.
 
Tendulkar looked so good as well, brilliant shots, pity he couldn't ton up, still have 3 days to go hopefully we see him one last time.

Not one incident quite a lot actually, funny how Indians keep their moths shut when decisions go their way, yet when it happens against them in other countries they are quick to bring out the racist and cheaters card, no wonder some Indians aren't respected at all.

64 overs left in the day & 100/3 . We could actually bat for 50 overs,get the lead to 300 & bowl at WI for 10 to 12 overs . That way this would be over by tea on day 3 .
 
though it is not going to happen but i am hoping that MSD declares at tea with a lead of 200 .

no! I wanna remember his last inning as 74 when 2 quick wickets fell.. Not his 12 run or something inning chasing 30 odd runs.
