@wasimakramlive congrats to Pakistan. Outplayed England with some high class cricket. At least you didn't whitewash us when we played Waz!!

@DGoughie Darren Gough
@StewieCricket @wasimakramlive no we beat them after waz retired lol

@DGoughie wish @wasimakramlive had retired earlier! Batting might have been easier!

Wow 3-0 whitewash !! Well played Pakistan, good for international cricket that result... Just a speed hump for the English ???

LOL @ Gough adding the extra 0.16. Pietersen must feel much better now.

I averaged 11 in these 3 Tests.. HORROR show!! So sorry supporters!! Not good enough and I know it.. ☹

warne888 Shane Warne
@kevinpp24 average 11 For a test series - that's what @glennmcgrath11 used to dream about... Hahahah

Legend is Legend!

Broad was pretty impressive with the ball in the series, If he could use his head abit more with the bat he could become a good all-rounder. Good to see hes finally used some humility.

I would call him a bowling all rounder, though as he admits himself, batting at #8 is a different (less responsible) proposition compared with batting at six. His batting average isn't that much lower than Flintov's. :kallis

Good on Broad. Don't think many would have expected this from him. Kudos to him :gul :rehman

@WahabViki: Guys if ur nt happy wid me. U hate me u cn critcze me ! Bt dnt shw ur vulgrity words abt family . Thts nt da way .

Gotta feel for the guy. No match practice, gets thrown into a pressure game, fails to deliver and is subjected to all that abuse. Just not on, as Viki himself said.

ye ghatia harkato say humari qoum baaz nahi a sakti shameful to say the least.

no need to pity for Wahab. He gave an even more abusive response to the family of that tweeter

Glad he has deleted it now, but that was brutal :|

Poor guy, my anger has turned into pity now. I wonder what's going on in his mind right now :(

True!!! this is really shameful yar what is the point of getting vulgar towards anyone because of a cricket game let alone family this is totally unacceptable.

Going on twitter after a loss, especially when it was partially your fault...

Bold move Riaz!

I would had done the same if i was in place of Wahab aswell... Now shhh, your posts could get Wahab in to trouble:misbah

This makes me remember mohd kaif. Everytime we lost, people would attack his house. Our SC people can turn so ugly man, shame. Its just a bloody game. As if these millions of people have done anything worth it for the country. Illiterate bunch of dufus

then shame on both of you. Doesnt make you or Wahab any different to the person you are yawning about.

Oh and dont worry, that tweet is safely lying in my documents :)

how can you justify abuse towards anybodies family yar.

I never even tried to justify it. Its just that I know what goes around in twitter, no filter on abusive language and easy access to celebrities/players. Its almost expected to have such responses from some retards.

imVkohli what a game it was for the team. good win for us. had a good spa day and a great time watching movies with team mates.

poor kid, that might be worse than the ban itself :yk

Just curious. How will you get the video across to him?

Besides, what's the point in asking him to come back? So that he can get abused again. Clearly, he can't handle the stupid comments from some really stupid "fans", so maybe it's better for him that he doesn't have a twitter.

the video will be sent through someone who knows him for example Azhar or Ebba, and erm no i understand what your saying but now everyone on twitter is pleading him to come back and even the fans that abused him are now apologizing. He could handle it, its happened to him before but it get out of hand the other day and this one fan said the most disgusting thing ever. Anyways we miss him on it and iA he'll be back in no time :)

exactly, can't believe there are still international sportsmen who react to insults from random people on twitter.. and replying to them with insults is just

yeah but do you know what the people said? exactly you don't know how he was feeling atm when the whole country blames you for something when its not your fault and secondly his reply was just fine, since he replied back to the fans others started apologizing for their behavior as well. Pakistani fans are the type that if you don't talk back to them they'll keep doing the same thing over and over again, and yes he deleted his tweet to the fan after that. Now lets not discuss why he replied or why he shouldn't have, he did the right thing.

hmm. ok.. seems like you are on a mission to get him back on twitter, good luck :wahab

@AmericanGirl: InshaAllah it will be a success :)
How can I make the poster? And what type?

Umm guys this is getting cheesy and weird. A video for Wahab and, considering making a poster?

^How is it getting cheesy and weird? It's just a video and poster for him to show our support, not a marriage proposal or something.

Cheesy.

lets just stick to tweets in this thread, thought I might read a few rather than a video being organised for Riaz.

I wouldn't put in the effort to make a video or poster, Im sure he's already got support, he's an international cricketer who represents pakistan. Of course he will have supporters, but those same supporters may criticise if he doesn't perform well. Doesnt matter what way the fan expresses themself, its the reason behind the criticism thats important. He must not have performed well for example etc. Now if he cant take criticism, a few harsh words, then why are you supporting him to come back to twitter where he will get the same treatment by some fans, which might lead him to leave again?

^Well, that's all your own opinion that you are entitled to hold. The video/poster idea was a cause that you had a choice to participate in or not. No one is forcing you. End of story.

why are you supporting him to come back to twitter where he will get the same treatment by some fans. You should know that it hurts/ upsets him as he deleted his own twitter account because he couldn't take the abuse. Why do you want him to feel like that again?

So what if Wahab Riaz went off Twitter? Why do people want him back so desperately?

He's a grown man he should know how to handle all this....

He is not the first player to get bashed by fans ; some fans even vandalize player's house!

exactly he needs to grow up

Anything but the fans growing up ?

Fans need to take responsibility as well.

Most bashing is done by people who are new to these things but once they get used to twitter they tend to grow up and stop those abuses, well in most cases.

that is a norm on twitter really. No filter for foul words, easy and direct access to celebrities, you'll such posts on twitter everyday. And its kinda naive expecting people to grow up, you'll find few in every part of the world.

The fact is Wahab himself belongs to the same category of people (his response was even more vulgar). He should simply man up and get over it, and the fans should get over the fact that Wahab quit twitter. Doesnt make him any less of a bowler

he did the right thing so what he should just sit there while people talk **** about his family? we all know you guys wouldn't take it in either and yes we want him back on twitter!!

erm if you have such a problem then why bother even commenting? people who abused him on twitter actually felt sorry after he deleted his account and realized it was wrong. He went through a tough day on march 18th, so imagine you had to play this huge game after so many months and you weren't barley being played regularly then ONLY ONCE you had a bad performance and everyone started criticizing you?! come man grow up celebs get hurt too

Absolutely. Something seriously wrong w/ him if he doesn't want to come back after hearing those words of wisdom.
Something seriously wrong with us if we intend to bring him back with these types of "words of wisdom."

I think people should first request him to practice & work hard for his next match rather then begging
him to re-create/re-open his account in Twitter....

Tweets won't win you matches...
Hard work will.........
