WOW potential vice captain of Australia resorting to such childish behaviour

Personally feel he is on crack right now

Or It is hacked by someone

Or It is hacked by someone

No, but it is becoming a traditional escape route for any celebrity who has been silly on Twitter to start claiming they were "hacked" once they sober up, so they get out of trouble.

That was 100% Davey Warner in my view. Probably had too many drinks at an IPL party. Feeling the heat after Rogers selection.

Many Pakistani cricketers on Twitter now:

Abdul Qadir is now on Twitter: @AbdulKhanQadir

Shahid Afridi
Umar Gul
Ahmed Shehzad
Umar Amin
Saeed Ajmal
Yasir Hameed
Wahab Riaz
Azhar Mahmood
Shan Masood
Adnan Rasool
Rameez Raja Junior

Is it possible to list their real twitter accounts on here becuase there are lots of fake accounts claiming to be them

Apologies but given that these accounts are run by the agents, we cannot allow them to be advertised on PP

In addition people never know if its the player or his agent speaking.

Pls dont mention these on PP

We dont allow twitter accounts of Pakistani players as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses

Until the verified tick is next to the name, we will follow that policy

Ravichandran Ashwin pays tribute to Shahid Afridi

Ravichandran Ashwin has taken to Twitter to pay tribute to Shahid Afridi. You don't get to see this often unless the player is Shahid Afridi.

Herschelle Gibbs ..

Seems a reformed man. Almost spiritual. Using 'mashallah' and retweeting Mufti Menk :afridi

Gibbs was a good batsman probably underachieved , could play some amazing shots. Also a brilliant fielder.

Gibbs was as good a batsman as any other at his time whenever he used to be in good form. He was a treat to watch when in full flow!

Gayle knew him from BPL so to say it took begging is rather stretching the truth.

Either way I don't care :P

Guys - pls only post tweets of verified accounts

We also dont allow tweets from twitter accounts that are run by agents etc which is the case for most Pakistani players

Is that Umer Amin's real Twitter?
It seems genuine.
If so, it's nice to see a youngster who can speak fluent English.

Hammad Azam, Umer Amin, Shahzad, Afridi, Wahab, Ajmal, Junaid, Raza Hassan all have Twitter accounts.

So he is doing it right now...Just tweeted before an hour...

I think Afridi is doing the right thing by communicating with his fans. I see no issue in that. Maybe people like arrogant fan hating people more than the ones who are friendly.

I am not saying if he is doing the wrong thing or not but talking to fans on phone is a bit extreme considering the sheer no of calls he's going to get.

Shakira usually waves hand to her fans every day whenever she is home in the morning.

My cousin got to talk to her once in early 2000s. She is a really fan friendly woman.

A lot of celebs are but i don't this phone thing lasting long. Doesn't seem practical to me.

I think it's mentioned in the article that he got a new number for this purpose and he will only switch on that number after getting free and tweeting on a specific time. So basically it's not his regular number and will remain off most of the time so no worries...

I think its extremely obvious that it is not his personal number. That isn't up for debate at all.

But still, he is going to receive an insane amount of calls.

If call waiting is disabled thn no issues...He can talk to 2 or 3 fans and thn switch off the phone again...

Tweet: Faisalabad Wolves are quite good… for comedy

Iain O'Brien@iainobrien

Faisalabad Wolves are quite good… for comedy. :yk

They were terrible in first two games and the batting has been depressing bar Misbah but at least they will win a game, seriously can you imagine if Misbah wasn't in this team during CL, would have been very very embarrassing for the whole of Pakistan.

They cant even beat a club side without Misbah . :kami

Umer Amin's account got verified, it seems.
Really impressed with his English, actually.
